Your health and safety have always been, and continue to be, our highest priorities. Visit our online resource center to find helpful information from our expert physicians about steps you can take to prevent the spread of the virus and what to do if you suspect you have it.

While certain to be significant, the full extent of financial implications from the COVID-19 pandemic remains to be seen. However, many have reached out to ask how they can help. Here are a few ways to support Advocate Aurora Health and our doctors, nurses and team members.

Donate funds to support our heroes

Many individuals are asking us how they can help Advocate Aurora team members on the front lines of combating COVID-19, or who find themselves in crisis because of it.

So we are introducing a Relief Fund for Critical Care which will be used exclusively to provide additional resources to our patients, families and communities, and to further support the physicians, nurses and team members who are working tirelessly. We also have a Team Member Crisis Fund that will be used to assist team members who are financially impacted by COVID-19.

As always, 100% of your gift will be used for this purpose, and we will update you on the impact you are making.

Some heroes wear capes. Our heroes wear scrubs. Thank you from Advocate Aurora Health.

Supply donations

As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, we are committed to keeping our heroes – our doctors, nurses and team members – safe. As you know, the broader health care community is at risk of running low on critical personal protective equipment (PPE) across the country. Health care workers need these essential safety items on the frontline of this pandemic to effectively provide care. We are currently accepting the following items:

  1. Masks – Both N95 and procedural masks will be accepted. These masks can be found across many industries and have been deemed appropriate to use in the health care setting by the CDC. Commonly found in the construction and landscaping industry among others, we will gladly accept any new and unused masks.*
  2. Hand sanitizer – Personal sized hand sanitizer that has been unopened. CDC guidelines encourage sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol composition
  3. Eye protection – This includes any new or unused goggles, safety glasses or face shields.
  4. Disinfectant wipes – All brands of unopened premoistened wipes are accepted

If you have questions or are unsure if your item qualifies please contact COVIDAAHSupplyDonations@aurora.org. Drop off items at your local Advocate Aurora Health hospital at the shipping and receiving dock.

Thank you for playing an important part in keeping our team members and community safe.

*Important: At this point, we are not accepting handmade masks. However, the situation is changing daily so if you are willing to sew masks please email COVIDAAHSupplyDonations@aurora.org and provide your contact information. If we find ourselves in a situation where we do need an additional supply we will be in touch.

Thank you in advance for your support!

Food donations

Our team members on the front lines are working tirelessly to provide compassionate, safe and quality care.  We’ve had many inquiries about how individuals and local businesses can help feed our nurses, doctors and team members. Offers of support

Do you have other ways to support our doctors, nurses and team members? While the only supplies being accepted at this time are referenced above, we do encourage you to complete this form and provide as much detail about your donation/offer as possible. We are grateful for all offers of support but need to make sure the safety of our community and our physicians, nurses and team members remain our top priority.

All submissions will be reviewed, and a member of the Advocate Charitable Foundation will follow up in regard to next steps.
