Advocate Medical Group’s Adult Down Syndrome Center is one of the few primary care clinics in the world devoted to adolescents and adults with Down syndrome.
Believing that all individuals are worthy and deserving of compassionate health care and committed to enhancing the well-being of adolescents and adults with Down syndrome, the Center’s mission is to enhance their lives by providing comprehensive, holistic, community-based care and services using a team approach.
Recently, a close friend and loyal supporter of the Adult Down Syndrome Center agreed to donate $2.75 million if the Center could raise an equal amount in philanthropic support. Funds will help the Center expand services and resources, and share its findings to support adults with Down syndrome who do not have access to a clinic such as ours.
